This day agreeable to an order from the worshipfull Court
of Bourbon County we proceeded to Settle up the amount
of the Estate of Adam Mitts, Decd. with Wm Alkire
Executor to said Estate.   And we find from the Settlement,
that the amount of 2 thirds of the Estate

Being first sworn agreeable to an order of Court, we
proceeded to Settle with the Executor of Adam Mitts, decd.

Adam Mitts was the husband of my 4th great grandaunt Elizabeth Alkire.
(Elizabeth was a sister of my 4th great grandfather Rev. John Alkire).
