DISTRIBUTING ESTATE

This matter coming on for hearing this 3d day of March, 1927, upon the
first and final account, report and petition for distribution of the
administrator of the above entitled estate and it appearing to the court
that due and legal notice of said hearing has been given as required by
law and the order of this court, said administrator appearing in person
and by M. F. Porter, his attorney and from the evidence introduced, the
court finds that said first and final account and his supplementary
account is in all respects true and correct as rendered and filed
herein; that said Ella Sinex died intestate; that she left her surviving
the following named children, viz: Mabel G. wilcox, Ruben T. Sinex,
Ford Sinex, Ruth Hesse, Joyce Hesse and Fern Sinex Gregory; that said
deceased was a widow; that she left no other child or children and no
child or lineal descendants of a deceased son or daughter her surviving;
that notice of the creditors of said estate has been duly published as
required by law and the order of this court; that the first publication
of said notice to creditors was published on the 5th day of January,
1926; and that all debts and claims against said estate which have been
filed herein have been paid; that an inventory and appraisement of said
estate has been duly rendered and filed herein showing said estate to be
of the appraised value of $4231.88; that a copy of said appraisement has
been duly served upon the Inheritance Tax & Eacheat Division of the
State of Washington; that said estate is not subject to the payment of
any inheritance tax to the State of Washington.
That said administrator has employed Porter & Healey as attorneys for
said administrator and that they have received no compensation
whatsoever for their services and that a reasonable allowance therefor
is the sum of $200.00; that said administrator has received no
compensation for his services as administrator and that a reasonable
allowance therefor is the sum of $150.00.
WHEREFORE, It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that said account and
supplementary account of said adminstrator be and the same is hereby
allowed and approved, (** see below**) and that the residue of said
estate hereinbefore described after payment of said attorneys' fees and
said administrator's fees be and the same is hereby distributed to Mabel
G. Wilcox, Reuben T. Sinex, Ford Sinex, Ruth Hesse, Joyce Hesse and Fern
Sinex Gregory; share and share alike, and that upon delivery of the
possession of said property to said distributees and the payment of said
attorneys' fees and said administrator's fees that said administrator
and his bond be released and discharged from any liability to be
hereafter incurred.
The property belonging to said estate and hereby distributed consists
of lots 7 and 8 in block 24 South Park Addition to Tacoma, Washington,
appraised at $450.00.
Lots 9 and 10 in Block 803 in Goodwin's Addition to Tacoma, Washington,
appraised at $2190.00.
Cash on hands $634.65, less allowance to attorneys and administrator.
Also any other property belonging to said estate or in which said
deceased had any share or interest.
