Know all men by these presents that I George Keith Senior of the County of Bourbon and State of Kentucky for and in the consideration of the sum of ninety pounds warrant money of Kentucky in hand paid Garrard Keith of the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and thereof do acquit and discharge the the Garrard Keith and his heirs have granted and bargain and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Garrard Keith and his heirs and assigns forever one Negroe Woman Slave named Jin aged twenty two years and her increase forever to have and hold the said Negroe Slave and her increase to the said Garrard Keith and his Heirs forever ~~ And the said George Keith Senior doth for himself and his Heirs warrant and defend the title of the said Negroe Slave Jin and her increase to the said Garrard Keith his Heirs and Assigns forever against the title and claim of himself, his Heirs and against the the title claim and demand of all and every person and persons whatsoever - In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this twenty sixth day of December one thousand eight hundred.
