John K. Sinex, died in the hospital at Kankakee, Ill., Friday,
April 11, at 2:00 o'clock a.m. of erysipelas. Mr. Sinex was
in business at Chevanse, when the disease refused to yield to

therefore 32 years, 2 months and 22 days. He lived in this

Newton Rodman, of South Boston. The brother is Thomas
Sinex, who lives on the Collins farm. Accompanied by the
mother who was with him and his brother, E. W. Sinex and
wife, of Chevanse, the remains were taken to New Albany
Sunday to the home of Mrs. H. C. Walker, at 1602 Dewey Heights.
The funeral and burial took place on Monday, the latter under
the auspices of the Red Men, as he was a member of that order
at Salem. He was also a member of Modern Woodmen at
Chevanse.
