 NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:  That I Thomas Sinex, of the age of 53
years, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory and not acting
under duress, fraud, menace or undue influence of any person whomsoever
do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner
following, that is to say:

 1. I direct that my executrix hereinafter mentioned pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses.
 2. I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, Ella Sinex, all the
rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, both real,
personal and mixed, of every name and nature, and wheresoever situated.

 In making the foregoing dispostion of my property and estate I am
mindful of my children, Mabel G. Wilcox, Ruben T. Sinex, Ford Sinex,
Ruth Hesse, Joyce Hesse, Fern Sinex and Melvin Sinex, but I do not
desire to bequeath them any of my property, or estate, and mention them
to show that they were not forgotten.

  LASTLY  I make, nominate and appoint my said wife, Ella Sinex, the
executrix of this my last will and Testament to serve without bond, or
other security, as such executrix, and I direct that she be not required
to take letters testamentary or of administration, but that in so far as
permitted by the laws of the State of Washington, she shall manage and
settle my estate without the intervention of the court with full,
complete and absolute power and authority to sell, convey, encumber, or
otherwise dispose of the whole or any portion of my estate as she may
deem best accounting only to the tribunal of her own conscience.

  IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15 day
of January, 1920.

The foregoing instrument was on the date hereof, by the said Thomas
Sinex, signed, sealed, published as and declared to be his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence,
and in the presence of each other, have signed our names as witnesses
thereto.

record in the office of the Auditor of Pierce    3000
County, May 6th, 1889.

Lots nine and ten (9 and 10) in Block eight
hundred three (803) as the same are designated
upon a certain plat entitled "Goodwin's
Addition to Tacoma, W.T.", which plat was
filed for record in the office of the Auditor    2000
of said County, February 5, 1889.

1    note for $500.00 dated october, 1920,
due on demand, by Ford Sinex, Interest at 7%      500.00

NOTE: Thomas Sinex & his wife Ella (Lieuella Ozena nee Walker) were my great grandparents. Antoinette

In this will he mentions son Melvin. Melvin died November 1920 at age 12 of diptheria. Antoinette
